Industrial Park

Since the laying of the foundation stone in 1858, the premises in the outskirts of Wiesbaden have continually been developed as an industrial site. Today you can still see old brick buildings, now protected, amongst the modern factories. This architectural mix combined with the many lovingly tended green spaces gives Kalle-Albert a very special appearance.

A historical but future-oriented site

For decades, the city has been expanding coming nearer to our industrial park, so that today the lively suburb of Wiesbaden-Biebrich with its beautiful Rhine river esplanade is at a stone's throw.

Nevertheless, our industrial park, cooperating mainly with middle-sized companies, still offers room for expansion and land which the operating company InfraServ Wiesbaden offers specifically as new industrial locations.

Optimum accessibility and comprehensive technical on-site services make Kalle-Albert Industrial Park a premium location in Germany.
